How many laser treatments are needed for the arms?

Why is that? Because with permanent hair removal, including on the arms, the laser can only target and destroy the hair follicles that are actively growing at that time. However, the hair follicles rotate continuously as they grow. Therefore, with each treatment, more and more hair follicles are destroyed until none remain and can produce hair – only then is the permanent hair removal on the arms complete.
